At Aïla Studio, each piece is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail and quality. We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

10 Day Return Window

We offer a 10-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund, provided it meets the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original packaging

Returns Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, we’re happy to offer an exchange where stock is available. Please email us at Ailastudio@outlook.com to arrange this.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
